Peel the carrots and cut them into fries.
Mix the lemon juice, garlic powder, half the parmesan (2 tablespoons), olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Toss the carrot fries in the mixture.
Preheat the air fryer according to the manufacturer’s instructions (or for about 3 minutes if unsure).
Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes until tender and slightly charred. Flip them halfway through, so they get a bit charred on both sides, or toss them a few times throughout the cooking time.
