Ingredients

For the Air-Fryer Salmon Fillets

  • 4 salmon fillets about 4.5oz each
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Garlic-Lemon Butter Sauce with Parsley

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • a pinch of kosher salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • a handful of fresh parsley about 1 tbsp finely chopped

Instructions

  • Mix the olive oil with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the mixture on the salmon fillets.
  • Preheat the air fryer according to the manufacturer’s instructions (or for about 3 minutes if unsure).
  • Air fry the salmon at 390°F (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes until cooked to your preference. Flip halfway through. The salmon is cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  • Brush the butter mixture over the cooked salmon fillets.
