- Cheese – 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar or mozzarella (1.8 oz or 50 grams)
- Iceberg Lettuce – 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce (~ 1/5 lettuce head)
- Avocado – 1 medium avocado
- Tomato – 1 medium tomato
- Garlic Clove – 1 garlic clove
- Lime Juice – 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- Basil – a handful of fresh basil
- Green Onions – 1 green onion or scallion
- Mayo – 1/4 cup regular mayo
- Oregano – 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Garlic Powder – 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt – 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper – 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Olive Oil – 1 tbsp olive oil
Substitutions
- Chicken: You can use chicken thigh fillets for a juicier chicken wrap.
- Cheese: You can use any cheese you prefer. Cheeses that pair well with chicken include Emmental, Parmesan, blue cheese, Asiago, and Fontina, among many others.
- Iceberg Lettuce: You can substitute with Romaine lettuce, gem lettuce, or spinach.
- Lime: You can also use lemon juice instead of lime.
- Mayo: For a lighter version of the wrap, substitute the mayo with plain yogurt or Green yogurt and creme fraiche. Or, you can also use half yogurt and half mayo.

Step-by-Step Instructions
