Smoked Salmon Croissant Sandwich

This easy recipe turns a flaky, buttery croissant into a sandwich, putting a herby lemon cream cheese, mashed avocado, and silky smoked salmon between two halves of a croissant. Great for breakfast and brunch, you can also pair it with a salad like this arugula salad and you’ve got a quick lunch or light dinner.
