Fig and Goat Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 5 fresh figs
  • 1 pack 125 grams or 4oz of soft goat cheese
  • 2 plain naans
  • 1/4 cup of arugula/rocket
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C or 430°F.
  • Take the plain naans and brush them with olive oil, and bake them in the oven for about 2 minutes.
  • Take the naans out of the oven. Spread the goat cheese on the naans. Add the sliced figs and put the naans back in the oven for about 5-6 minutes.
  • Take the naans out of the oven, top them with arugula(rocket), and drizzle the honey.
  • Enjoy your easy, 15-min naan pizza!
