Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 large mango
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 apple
  • 8 oz 225 grams strawberries
  • 8 oz 225 grams seedless green grapes
  • 1 orange for the juice
  • 1 lime for the juice
  • optional: Lemon Ricotta Cream Mousse to serve with the fruit salad in layers

Instructions

  • Juice the orange and the lime and add the juice to a large bowl.
  • Cut all the fruit into bite-sized pieces, adding them to the juice as soon as you’ve cut them.
  • Mix the fruit with the juice making sure everything is combined.
  • Optional: Serve the fruit salad in glasses in layers with lemon ricotta cream mousse.
