225 grams seedless green grapes

for the juice

optional: Lemon Ricotta Cream Mousse
to serve with the fruit salad in layers
Instructions
Juice the orange and the lime and add the juice to a large bowl.
Cut all the fruit into bite-sized pieces, adding them to the juice as soon as you’ve cut them.
Mix the fruit with the juice making sure everything is combined.
Optional: Serve the fruit salad in glasses in layers with
lemon ricotta cream mousse
