Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender like Vitamix. Start blending on the lowest speed and then quickly increase to the highest speed, blending for about 1-2 minutes until all the fruit is blended and smooth. Use a tamper as needed to push the frozen fruit towards the blades.
Add the blended fruit to the bowls and add your favorite toppings. I recommend granola, fresh sliced banana and/or mango, coconut, and a touch of tartness like raspberries or dried cranberries.
Notes
If you don’t have a high-speed blender, I recommend using a food processor rather than a regular blender. A regular blender will generally not be able to blend all this frozen fruit with this little liquid without issues.
