Mixed Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 tbsp 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup mixed berries blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries
  • 2 tbsp sweetener such as honey or agave
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Add the milk, mixed berries, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender, and blend everything until smooth.
  • Divide the liquid between 2 containers.
  • Add 4 tbsp of chia seeds to each, mixing them in.
  • Set aside, covered, for 20 minutes, then stir again.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours but preferably overnight.
