Salad Recipes
I call this lunch salad because it's been my go-to for lunch so many times. It consists of chopped cucumber, tomato, crunchy corn, and creamy avocado on mixed leaves, topped with diced mozzarella and candied nuts.
I finish it with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze, and often serve it with crusty bread.
This rich salad is a go-to side salad to serve with steak, chicken, or other meat-based dishes.
It's a simple mixture of rocket and shaved parmesan in a zesty and earthy lemon and olive oil dressing. Topped with toasted almonds, every bite is tart, peppery, and deeply satisfying.
You simply have to serve this with fresh bread from the bakery. It's quick, filling, and can put a smile on your face!
I got really creative with this recipe. There's so much going on! Built on a bed of lettuce and arugula, squeaky fried halloumi and juicy orange slices provide sweet and salty notes.
Enjoy it with couscous, chicken skewers, fresh bread, and so much more.
Herby and aromatic, my tomato-feta-salad delivers some wonderful flavor.
Inspired by Greek salads, this is a simple dish to make. Crumbly tangy feta, juicy chopped tomatoes, black olives, and red onion provide the base, and the whole thing is dressed in a lemon, olive oil, and herb dressing.
Finished with fresh mint, serve this salad with meat dishes, or at any outdoor grill events.
Rich and earthy, give this salad a try if you're looking to add more beets to your meals.
Roasted chickpeas, earthy cooked beets, marinated artichokes, and crumbly feta provide a tart, earthy base. I add aditional ingredients like garlic and fresh herbs, and coat the entire salad in a rich tahini sauce.
Packed with Mediterranean flavors, serve this salad with grilled veggies, sweet potato, chicken skewers, and bread for a hearty main.
My fruit salad is simple and refreshing. Serve this sweet and zesty dish with my lemon ricotta cream mousse to make it a dessert worth leaving room for!
